CULINARY BUSINESS IN PANDEMIC COVID-19
Abstract
This study aims to determine several culinary business conditions when the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak occurs. The method used to obtain information by interviews and direct observation in the field with the guidance of some documentation from the literature. Literature reviews are taken mainly from articles that have been published in reputable journals, both at the local, national, and international levels. The results of this study explain that there are changes in culinary business conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
